Property management office in Inverness is seeking an administrative professional to fulfill our part-time, front office position. Ideal candidates must have strong communication and multitasking skills, be computer savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs (ie: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), have experience with payment processing and collections, and database management (multiple databases). Previous experience within property management is definitely a plus. Candidate should be flexible and able to quickly adjust to changes in market and company needs as they arise. This position is part-time, about 25 hours a week, and requires some Saturday hours.
